Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods, digital products, and personalized items, are non-returnable. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.

Return Process

Contact us at support@voltmart.org to initiate a return.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may have already been processed.
